Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks recipe ?

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry yeast
  • ½ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil



Instructions:

  1. Making the Dough:

    • In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
    • In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and mix to form a dough. Add more water if needed.
    • Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
    • Lightly coat the dough with olive oil, cover it, and let it rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
  2. Preparing Garlic Butter:

    • Mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley.
  3. Shaping the Breadsticks:

    • Once the dough has risen, roll it out into a rectangle (about ¼ inch thick).
    • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the dough.
    • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
    • Carefully roll the dough into a long cylinder shape.
    • Slice it into 1-inch thick pieces to form breadsticks.
  4. Baking:

    • Place the breadsticks on a lightly greased baking tray, leaving space between each one.
    • Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serving:

    • Let the breadsticks cool slightly before serving.
    • Enjoy them with your favorite dip, like marinara sauce or ranch.
